Our products are best stored in a cool, dry place.

Yes, all our products are free of any animal-derived products.

Yes, all our products are verified by third party testing to be gluten free.

Yes, all Nelly products are free of genetically modified ingredients.

No, our products are free of artificial sweeteners, colors, and preservatives. The Natural Flavors (from real fruits) are responsible for the subtle sweet taste, the flavors are fruit-sourced, and the color is a true reflection of the natural ingredient blend.

Online Order

Currently, Nelly products can only be purchased online but stay tuned! We will be hitting stores near you soon.

We hope you love Nelly Organics and we proudly stand behind every product. However, if you are not 100% satisfied call or email us for refund details. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase (minus return shipping charges). All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item or if you have any questions, please contact heretohelp@nellyorganics.com. In order to best assist you, please include your name, order number and the name of the product you’d like to return. If you return the item before contacting us, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send back all purchases made directly from our website. If you purchased the product from another retailer, please contact them for information on their return policy.

We try to send your order as quickly as possible which may limit our ability to change your order or prevent a package from shipping, but we will do our best to accommodate. Please reach out to heretohelp@nellyorganics.com immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

Nelly Organics’ products are available to ship within all 50 states and Puerto Rico. 

We will send a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50. Orders placed before 11 am EST, will begin processing the same day, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Due to the current situation, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.
